Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Poker Cards:
If you receive a deck of cards with defects such as bent cards, severe misprinting, or missing cards, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly exchange your purchase with a new deck of cards or issue a full refund.
Poker Chips:
If you receive a poker chip that is chipped badly, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly exchange your purchase with a new poker chip or issue a full refund.
Poker Tables:
All poker tables are subject to a case-by-case basis return policy. If you receive a defective poker table, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. We will work with you to find a solution that meets your needs, whether that’s a replacement, repair, or refund.
Please note that all shipping fees for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
